Even the world’s most expensive and best recognised coffee origins will deteriorate when containerised, transported and left sitting at various ports for months for months at a time.
Freshness is even more important for roasted coffee. The best time to drink a coffee is between one and three weeks after roasting.
That is why we encourage people to buy from us online. It allows us to roast most of our coffee post-order and have it couried on the same day.
