Yirgacheffe Kochere (227g)
Located in the region about 25 kilometers southeast of Yirgacheffe, Kochere harvested coffee beans from local smallholder coffee growers, which were between 1800 and 2000m. The varieties were mainly a mixture of Typica and Heirloom native species. The production area is equipped with advanced washing processing equipment, so washed coffee has a high standard, which is highly praised for its clean and sweet flavor with complex tones of honey and citrus. This batch of Kochere is rated by ECX as G1’s highest grade, from the appearance, consistency, freshness to the dry aroma and flavor of raw beans are very good. It has the feature of Yirgacheffe production area, with orange flavor and floral characteristics, as well as excellent balance and cleanliness, grease body.
